NATIONWIDE SHIPPING


Standard Delivery: Orders placed online Monday through Friday before 1:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day. All other orders are shipped the following business day.

All orders are shipped FOB, Grove City, Pennsylvania. Orders arrive within 1-6 business days depending on destination (see transit time chart below). Please allow 3 additional days to Hawaii and Alaska. Please note, shipping rates are per basket and are valid for shipments within the United States only. If you need to have multiple baskets shipped to one location, please call our office for a custom rate quote.

Expedited Shipping Services


Express Service: Orders arrive in 2-3 business days depending on destination. Add $9.95 per item to the standard delivery charge.

Overnight Express Service: This service is available to most zip codes. Add $29.95 per item to the standard delivery charge.

Special Shipping Notes


Please ensure that the address/shipping information you provide is accurate. Gifts that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information will incur a redelivery/shipment fee equal to the original amount.

RETURN POLICY


Cookie Bouquets: Due to their perishable nature, cookie bouquets cannot be returned. If a bouquet is damaged during shipping, you will receive either a replacement bouquet or a refund. Shipping charges are only refundable if the item arrives damaged or the shipping company fails to deliver your gift by the guaranteed delivery date.

Gourmet Baskets & Gifts**: Gourmet gift baskets and gourmet food items may be returned within seven days of receipt. The item must be unopened and received at our office in good condition. Please contact our office for return instructions. Shipping charges are only refundable if the item arrives damaged or the shipping company fails to deliver your gift by the guaranteed delivery date.

Spa Baskets, Friendship Balls and all other non-food items: Spa baskets, friendship balls and other non-food items may be returned within ten days of receipt. Please contact our office to receive instructions for the return. Shipping charges are only refundable if the item arrives damaged or the shipping company fails to deliver your gift by the guaranteed delivery date.

**Custom/Special Order Gourmet Baskets & Gifts: Gourmet gift baskets and gourmet food items which are custom ordered, imprinted and/or designed are not returnable.
